Our Mission

Rescue, Rejuvenate, and Restore is a program designed to rescue individuals from harmful situations, provide a safe place for rejuvenation as they process their current situation, and serve as a bridge between the individual and the agencies that are best equipped to restore physical, mental, financial, and spiritual

Qualifications

To qualify for the RRR program, the individual must be experiencing one or more of the following:

Lack of Safety

Elderly
Victim of Domestic Violence
Disability (physical or mental)

Lack of Shelter

Currently unsheltered despite efforts to obtain housing
Limited by roadblocks in the system

Addiction

Currently battling addiction and willing to participate in a rehabilitation program
Currently enrolled (and actively attending) outpatient treatment for substance abuse

Rescue, Rejuvenate, Restore Program Pathway

Rescue

Intake assessment
Transitional housing placement (if necessary and available)
Create a personal development plan

Rejuvenate

Extended housing placement
Work on PDP (career placement, financial literacy, goal setting, necessary appointment)
Acquire all needed documentation for housing

Restore

Permanent housing
6-month observation period (routine follow-up and guidance as needed by case manager or program director)
